Refund policy

Please understand as we are a small team, returns aren't as easy as they normally would be for bigger companies. We hope to not do returns at all, but of course we do allow them depending on the problem and reasoning. 

Please contact us at hellofromkaishi@gmail.com to inquire about a return on an order with 14 days of receiving your item. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for next steps. We will refund the order total minus the shipping cost once the product arrives back to us.
